4. Response to Notifications
Upon receiving a valid copyright infringement notice, we will promptly investigate the claim and may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We will also notify the user who posted the material of the infringement claim.
5. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA, we reserve the right to terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers.
